Code of Conduct

We hold The Class to be sacred as it connects us to something deeper— within ourselves and with each other. It is a space where transformation, release, and realignment can happen through breath, movement, and collective consciousness. Because of the deep potency, power and intimacy of this experience, we created this Code of Conduct to honor and protect the space for everyone, ensuring it remains a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all who enter.

The Class is a space where ALL backgrounds, abilities, and identities are welcome. We embrace diversity and celebrate what makes each individual unique. No form of discrimination or harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or other protected categories will be tolerated.

In order to foster a space of respect and inclusion, we uphold these requirements:

  1. The studio room is a phone free space.
  2. Enter the studio mindfully and respectfully.
  3. Mats are first come, first served.
  4. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your mat may be given to someone on the waitlist.
  5. Be aware of others' personal space, emotions, and boundaries. Abusive, discriminatory, or other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
  6. Our studio staff is here to help. Please feel free to ask for assistance if we can support you.
