Ethereal Primal Heartfelt

Caitlin Rigney

Caitlin Rigney

Each gathering is meant to feel ethereal, transcendent, and deeply heartfelt—a space for presence, expression, and connection. More than movement, Caitlin’s Classes are an invitation to return to the body, soften the nervous system, and remember what binds us to ourselves and to one another. Caitlin is a Movement Specialist certified in the teachings of the Williamson Technique. She teaches physical technique, advanced movement technique, and style work at The William Esper Studio.

Rooted in the understanding that movement is medicine, Caitlin’s practice invites people to listen inward and let go of what no longer serves them. She believes the body is a channel—a living vessel through which energy, emotion, and awareness are carried and transformed. Through breath and the quiet pulse of the heart, her Classes weave the inner landscape with music, allowing something harmonious and alive to take shape.
