The Class is a music-driven somatic exercise method founded in 2011 to regulate the nervous system by moving the physical body. Each Class uses a unique combination of movement, breath, and music to create physical, mental, and emotional growth. Use it to move through grief, anxiety, and emotional or creative blocks, all while getting a playful & challenging bodyweight workout unlike any other.
What to expect in Class
While each class is unique, they are all designed to include these five elements.
Music and artistry are embedded into the ethos of The Class. Every practice is individually choreographed to an intentional soundtrack curated by the Teacher. In 2020, The Class launched music collaboration partnerships, which have since become one of the most celebrated collections in our Digital Studio. We hold immense gratitude to all of the artists, past and future, who musically come into this space and share their gifts with us.
