Jaycee’s Classes create space to discover strengths, explore freedom, and reconnect to spirit. She brings her love of music and dance to The Class and encourages her students to move, feel, and live with full expression. Her Classes are challenging, soulful, liberating, and welcoming. Before joining The Class, Jaycee traveled around the world studying movement, competing in ballroom dance, and working in television and film, where she hosted and produced multiple series on The Travel Channel, Z Living TV, and Amazon Prime. She is a founding Teacher of The Class and VP of Teacher Training.
